To make everything as smooth as possible for event participation, members who select the role will be put on teams.
We will have a team cut off 1 week before the event starts to ensure the best organization and experience possible for members.
If you're not sure you can make it, you can request to be put on a reserve list which means we may not have a team for you last minute.
